Which guests categories are accommodated at the hotel?

Besides guests on staycations, the hotel welcomes travelers under the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL), scheme. Additionally, kindly note that specific sections of the hotel are earmarked strictly for guests serving their Stay Home Notice (SHN). Guests under this scheme are not permitted to leave their room and have no access to any part of the hotel.

As a Hilton Honors member, will I still be required to check-in at the Front Desk?

Hilton Honors member can enjoy the ease of digital check-in a day prior to arrival. Nevertheless, kindly note that as per the requirement of the local authorities and STB, all guests are required to be present at the hotel’s front desk for registration during check in.

Does the hotel have any smoking rooms?

We are now a fully non-smoking hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel. Smoking in the guest room will result in charges to the occupying guest at a minimum fee of S$150++ for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.

Can I request for an early check-in or late check-out?

Our hotel's check-in time is at 15:00 and check out time is at 12:00 unless specified in your package. All early check-in and late-check-out requests are subject to availability.

Which facilities are not available during this period?

All our facilities and services are available but with adjusted operating hours. 

What are the benefits that comes with booking an Executive Room or Suite?

Is there complimentary parking for hotel guests ?

All in house guest are eligible to complimentary parking at our Basement carpark per room per car. Please collect your ticket at the Concierge desk by the Lobby.

Can I invite my family and friends to stayover with me?
In accordance to the government guidelines, there can only be a maximum of 10 people in a room at any one time. Additionally, the maximum number of adults permitted to stayover in a room is 3 people. Please declare and register your guests with us during check-in. Kindly note that the hotel will alert the authorities for any breaches in these policies. (Individuals who breach safety measures may be fined up to S$10, 000 or jailed up to six months, or both)

Can I take home the Conrad Bear?

Yes! The Conrad bear in the room is for you. We hope it will remind you of your great stay with us.

Can I have an extra bed or baby cot for my children?
Due to the configuration of our rooms, we can only accommodate 1 rollaway bed in each room.  Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child per room. However, depending on a case to case basis, we welcome our guests travelling with 2 children, (below 12 years old), to stay in the same room. An extra bed can be arranged at S$80++ per bed per night (excluding breakfast). 


We provide baby cots on a complimentary basis. Both extra beds and baby cots request are subject to availability. 

What are the breakfast policies?

For room bookings without breakfast inclusive, below are the prices for breakfast:

  • Children aged under 5 years old- complimentary breakfast

  • Children aged between 5 -12 years old - S$21.50++ per child

  • Individual aged 13 and above - S$43++ per person

Do I need to be vaccinated to be at the hotel?

Yes you need to be vaccinated. We seek your understanding that guests will be required to show proof of their fully vaccinated status, proof of recovery from COVID-19, or proof of their medical ineligibility for all COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme upon arrival.
From 14 February 2022, guests aged 18 years and above are considered fully vaccinated if they have completed the last dose of the primary vaccination series of the World Health Organisation's Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines in the last 270 days or less, and have received the booster vaccination after completion of the primary vaccination series. The WHO EUL vaccines include Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca-SKBio, Serum Institute of India, Janssen, Sinopharm, SinovacCoronaVac, Covaxin and Novavax including their respective duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective, and had their vaccination records registered in MOH's national IT systems.
